There is no ‘work you’ and ‘personal you.’ There is only one, whole, and complete “you.”
I am Christine Bystrov and I am an Executive and Leadership Coach. I am also a mom of identical twin girls, a wife, a Wharton MBA, a featured wellness practitioner on forbes.com, a recovering people-pleaser, the person most likely to dance to the music playing in the grocery store, and a million other things that make up one, whole, and complete “me.” And what I’d really like to know is, who is the one, whole and complete you?
Many of my clients come to me with “how” questions, things that are external, and in our sessions we work on answering “who” and “what” questions, things that are internal, instead. Do these questions sound familiar to you?
How do I find work that is meaningful?
How do I find my purpose in life?
How do I stop feeling like a constant failure?
How do I stop my negative self-talk?
How do stop procrastinating and just get things done?
My job as your coach is not to answer these “how” questions for you, but instead to coach you around who you want to become so that new questions can take their place:
Who am I being in my life that allows things/people/circumstances to block my path?
Who will I become next so that my path clears?
What do I need to let go of that I have been unwilling to shed?
What do I need to say that has not yet been said?
Who am I when I’m at my best and what action can I take to access that on purpose?
If you’re curious about my training, I trained in ontological coaching through the Accomplishment Coaching Coach Training Program, a program accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), where I have trained and coached new coaches for three years. I also hold an ACC credential (Associate Certified Coach) through the ICF.
If you’ve read this far, I know you’re at least curious. I hope you let your curiosity win so that our paths can cross and mountains can move.
Until then,
Christine

You can’t buy coaching like you buy a shirt. You need to fully experience what coaching is before you can really know. I’m offering you to try it on, walk out of the store, spill coffee on it, really get a feel for the thing…
Then, once you see what’s possible with coaching in your life, you’ll know what you’re in for. Chances are you’ll either jump into the coaching waters with both feet ready to frolic, play, and explore new worlds, or you’ll stay safely on the shore where you’ve always been, wondering if new land is beyond the horizon, but not liking the way the water feels on your toes. Either way, the choice will be yours.
In the meantime, I’ll be out there, in lovely dark waters, charting new territory, eagerly awaiting your arrival.
